Give thanks for all the things truly won't easy when you still have many things that you want to achieve. But by being grateful will make you give the appreciation to your own achievements that you just got no matter big or small. It's just the way how you appreciate your own self to make a changes by process.
How to start being grateful? First of all you need to see all the things positively. Even maybe it is hard to see, try to find the positive in all things, it can be the cause and effect, it can be "maybe by this happening to me......*positive*". Try to see positivel from something simple till the things that complicated. Cos by make it an habit, you are gonna automatically being positive and even your mind doesn't need to find the positive so hard.
Let's don't waste time for what the other people think, cos your life is your own decision.. other is just the supplement to test how strong you are.
