Working Sincerely

Is that so difficult? Why do people tend to do the things that give only benefit to him or her? Whenever you come to work as a team you are gonna come to the point where you see each person in the team which one is sincerely work for the team and the other one who only work to get his/her own benefit. How to see it? it can be seen in the way how that people give help to support the team, and how their mind speak which is represented on their act. Maybe not all of you can see it so easily cause you are gonna see it when you notice the person eventually, you compare their act in the normal situation and when they are in the other situation.

So, how you are gonna treat the unsincere person? You don't have to show how you really don't like that person or how you are gonna try so hard to change that person. Noo no. You just need to say it to yourself "Oh, so you are that kind of person" and then just give the border to that person who you think is not good, you don't have to care to that kind of person and don't even try to change that kind of person because once you care you are gonna give problem to your own self. Just do the thing that you think is the best thing that you can give to the team. And remember you are not gonna forever working for that team cause you are working in progress and put your goal as high as you can. 

Working sincerely is doing the job as best as you can give cause it's for your own progress and for the success of the team, never ever think twice to do something good for your team. Let's change our mindset, working in a company doesn't only to enrich the company but if you think deeper your gonna realize that you work for your own better self. Each thing that you face in the company is gonna guide you to better you indirectly if you do really make the change for your own self. 

Changing or not it's only by your own choice but sometimes you don't even try so hard to change, believe it or not God works to change you naturally by His own way. That's why you have to pray each day to God "God, guide me along the path that I through so that I can change for the better." God do really understand you, pray for what you want and God works in the unexpected way to change you for the better. 

So, let's working as best as we can cause one day we are gonna leave and leave because you believe that you are worthy enough to get your dream and you deserve enough to step on the bigger path of your life. Keep calm, pray and believe you are in the process for your better future! :)
