People tend to judge.

Thats what differentiate between the appraiser and the wiser. The appraiser tend to look all the things based on outer looks, achievements, what the surround says, but they forget that people can not only be seen so that shallow, there is what called as inner looks and this one can be seen once you start talking to the person, the way how mind speaks, the way how heart says.

Inner looks is more true than the outer looks because what you can understand about people if they wore a mask? Inner looks never wear a mask because it comes naturally by showing up in the way how the person think, feel and grow. Judging or giving tag / stereotype to a person is actually a matter of choice, whether you want to judge it wisely or judge it narrowly. Having a first impression about someone is also needed especially in a working environment but that first impression is not the final value about someone, remember world changing as well as people. People face problems, failing, learning and growing. Do you think so that simple understanding a person?

One thing that should be remembered is that we are all the same human, be the good you can be, respect others, we are all having something to be done as well as others, they have goals so we have. We are just different in the way how we are gonna grow and achieve what we are supposed to get. Respect it for you are the wiser, and wise people never compare themselves to the other people more than to their own selves. So be your own competition coz nothing is more exciting than seeing how far the progress that you made, and how strong you are from the person you are before. You have got to face the obstacle - planning - executing - sometimes failing - learning - growing - being the better you - level up! - ready to get to the next lvl of the obstacle.
