Getting older, new society, new work environment will make you realize that people are getting untrue to their ownself. And it's not the matter of the unintentionally act but it's trully what they mean. Why? Because people getting old and getting not sincere.. they do all things that they can do to reach what they want. That way is might be succesfully reached, but are they trully happy with the mask which they made? Im not sure.
Work sincerely may seem like gonna take a really long time to be noticed with people or boss which is not sincere as well. So should you really have to make the mask in order to be noticed in a short time? No of course no, good people should do what their own heart say, u know what is good and what is bad, follow your heart. Good things come to good people with good heart in a right time for a right reason.
Sometimes, avoiding not good people is better than try to fix all the things. Because they come to your life sometimes to give lesson or to make you see that "to be that kind person is not good". Be a good leader for your own self, you know what's right, what's wrong, what's to be fixed, what's to be avoided. See all things in both side, good and bad and be the wiser you can be.
To be a better one is not wrong at all, but it's the matter of choice, whether u want to harvest your sour fruit or the sweet one. Keep calm, everythings take time. ^_^
